Key Magia Music's Studio Policies
Registration
All family music class registration goes through the City of Loveland Chilson Recreation Center or the Town of Windsor Recreation Center.
Payment is due at time of registration to the recreation center.
Release of Liability
Key Magia Music is not responsible for any loss or injury incurred while participating in any class.
Submission of an online registration form acknowledges that you have read and understood Key Magia Music's policies and agree to the terms within.
Submission of a class registration indicates your agreement to release from liability Key Magia Music, their employees, teachers or representatives from any and all claims including claims of Key Magia Music's employees' negligence, resulting in loss, damage or injury incurred directly or indirectly from participation in Key Magia Music's music classes. Signature or electronic registration also constitutes acknowledgement that the parent or care-giver agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Key Magia Music from any liability, costs or claims, related either directly or indirectly to participation in Key Magia Music class, including legal or medical expenses incurred for the participant’s benefit
CLASS CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to cancel a class due to low enrollment. In this case, all registered families will be notified and given the option to attend another class if one is available. If that is not possible recreation center with which you registered will either credit you for another session or refund your tuition.
CANCELLATIONS DUE TO TEACHER ILLNESS
In the event of a class being cancelled due to teacher illness, every effort will be made to offer a make up class. You will be notified as soon as possible of a cancellation.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Key Magia Music follows the closures for the City of Loveland and Town of Windsor. If the city your class is being held closes for weather, Key Magia Music classes in that city will also be cancelled.
SICK CHILD POLICY
Please do not bring children with a cold or illness that is contagious to class. If your child has had a fever in the past 24 hours, or a green, runny nose, please keep them home. If you are not sure if your child is contagious or not, please err on the side of caution and stay home.
PER COVID19 GUIDELINES: If you or your child have any signs of illness, please do not come to an in-person class. Thank you!
CLASSROOM ETIQUETTE
Please do not bring food into the classroom. Due to potential allergies, food poses a safety risk to the other children in the class.
Nursing is allowed in our classroom. Please be modest and cover yourself and baby in consideration of others in the class. Feel free to take care of any needs your child has during class and rejoin us when you are done.
