COVID-19: KMM will be following state guidelines for COVID-19 safety. The teacher will check temperature prior to class and will cancel class if there is any sign of illness. The teacher will wear a mask and maintain 6 feet for social distancing purposes. All instruments are disinfected between classes.
Music Classes for Home Day Cares and Child Care Centers
Our Classes (ages 1.5 months - 6 years) * (maximum 12 children per class)
Early childhood music education classes for in home child care programs and day care centers. This program uses developmentally appropriate music and movement activities for ages 18 months - 6 years old. We focus not only on musical development but physical, emotional and social skills are addressed. Singing, movement, finger plays, and exploring various instruments are used to teach music fundamentals, singing on tune and keeping a steady beat.
Classes are 30-45 minutes long depending on age and can be scheduled 2 or 4 times a month.
Key Magia Music serves Loveland, Fort Collins, Windsor and surrounding areas. Classes are held at clients choice of location.
Pricing: $36 for a 45 minute class, $32 for a 30 minute class *
One time trial class for $10 upon request.
*Classes greater than 18.6 radius (30 km) from the KMM Loveland office will be also be assessed a travel fee of $5 per class.

Key Magia Music's Child Care Class Policies
PAYMENT OF FEES:
Payment is due at first scheduled class of the month and can be paid per class or monthly. A late fee of $20 will be assessed when a tuition payment is not made on time, including returned credit card, voided checks and postdated checks. Payments can be made in person or by mail. If a different payment schedule is required due to a center’s billing cycle, please contact the director so arrangements can be made.
RETURNED CHECK/NSF POLICY:
Key Magia Music charges a $20 fee for any returned checks or NSF transactions.
CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATIONS OF CLASSES
Key Magia Music requests a 24-hour notice if a class needs to be cancelled. If proper notice is not given, full tuition for the class will be assessed to the account.
Two-week notice is required to discontinue classes. If proper notice is not given, tuition for one class will be assessed to the client’s account. Key Magia Music reserves the right to terminate lessons to any child care center without notice.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
During the school year, Key Magia Music follows the Thompson Public School, and other local school districts in Northern Colorado, closings and delays regarding inclement weather. Should the Thompson School District or other local school districts, close school due to weather, Key Magia Music's classes will be cancelled. You will be notified as soon as possible of the cancellation. If the Thompson School District or other local district, delays the start of school, Key Magia's classes will be cancelled if the school start time for the day is later than the music class start time. Closings will be posted on our Facebook page. The teacher may make an individual decision to cancel classes due to bad weather, in which case you will receive a call from your teacher directly.
